Isa Musa, an attacker from Nigeria, has agreed to a new five-year deal with FC Midtjylland in the Danish Superliga.
On Monday, Midtjylland released the statement on their website.
“The 19-year-old has put pen to paper on a five-year contract that will keep him at FC Midtjylland until the end of 2028,” the statement partly read.
Musa left FC Ebedei, a partner club in Nigeria, to join Midtjylland last year.
He plays for the Danish club’s U19 squad.
In March 2023, Musa was called up for the first time for a Superliga matchup with Silkeborg IF.
The 19-year-old has made 15 appearances in the U19 Boys League and has contributed to five goals (3 goals, 2 assists).
“For me, this is a big step. It is a privilege to sign a new contract, and it was one of the goals I set for myself when I joined the club a year ago,” Musa said.
