Nigerian singer Solidstar has thanked his fiancée for her “unwavering loyalty.”
In an Instagram post, the musician shared a loved-up photo with his partner. He revealed that she never gave up on him despite causing her “pains, tears and heartbreak” for over 10 years.
“LOYAL! For over ten years, all she got from me was pain, tears, and heartbreak. But she never gave up on me,” he wrote.
On August 6, Solidstar announced his engagement to his partner who he described as a “good woman”.
The singer, who began his music career at the age of 14, has achieved significant success over the years.
He ventured into the music landscape professionally after being discovered at a music talent show in Ajegunle, Lagos where he was introduced to Paul Cole, the record label boss.
In 2010, Solidstar formally signed to Achievas Record, and his debut album ‘One In A Million’ was subsequently released under the label.
