Nominations for the 2024 Brit Awards are made by Nigerian celebrities.

The worldwide market for Nigerian music is expanding quickly, and the artists spearheading this exporting are still receiving praise from both critics and consumers.

International superstars Rema, Asake, and Burna Boy have all been nominated for the Brit Award in 2024.

In the Best International Artist category, American celebrities Taylor Swift, Miley Cyrus, Sza, Olivia Rodrigo, and Lana Del Rey were nominated with Burna Boy and Asake. Rema’s popular song “Calm Down” landed him a nomination for Best International Song. Other Africans nominated for this category include the fast-rising South African wonder Tyla for her blockbuster hit record “Water” and the Cameroonian-American singer Libianca for her popular.
