Nigerian R&B star Temilade Openiyi, widely recognized as Tems, has shared insights into what it’s like to be in a romantic relationship with her.
The Grammy-winning singer likened dating her to discovering a rare and unique flower.
During a conversation with actress Chinasa Anukam on a recent episode of the ‘Is This Seat Taken’ podcast, Tems elaborated that while her outward personality might not immediately attract, her inner beauty shines through.
She cautioned that even though the inside may appear colorful, there is a stone within.
“Dating me is like discovering a rare species of flower that appears black on the outside but reveals pink and purple when opened, yet there’s a stone in the middle,” she elaborated.
Tems is not publicly known to be involved in any romantic relationship.
During a recent interview with YouTuber Korty EO, Tems asserted that most men lack intentions in relationships beyond sexual encounters.
