I paid sex workers with my first music revenue– Shallipopi

Shallipopi, also known as Crown Uzama, is a well-known musician who has disclosed how he used his initial music profits.

Shallipopi gained notoriety the previous year when his song “Elon Musk” went viral.

Shallipopi recently answered a question on how he utilized the money from his first popular song, “oscroh,” a term used on the streets to refer to sex workers, in an interview with Turntable, which is hosted by rapper Odumodublvck.

Odumodublvck asked, “When Elon Musk blow, wetin be the first thing wey you buy?”

Shallipopi replied, “I chop ham na, normal. I used ham order oscroh [sex workers].”

The “Elon Musk” vocalist also disclosed the reason behind his lack of response to online haters who disparage his work.

“When my music was being trolled online, I ignored because you don’t have to listen to the naysayers. Just keep doing your thing. Who like you like you, who no like you, no like you. Everybody can’t like you,” he said.

Shallipopi also disclosed his relationship status, saying he is currently single.
