Guehi to Liverpool, Jackson to Bayern – Every ‘Here We Go’ by Fabrizio Romano on Deadline Day

Fabrizio Romano has confirmed several major transfers on Deadline Day as clubs across world football aim to finalise their business before the summer window closes at 19:00 BST.

The football transfer news expert has announced 13 high-profile deals using his famous ‘here we go’ catchphrase so far on Deadline Day, including Alexander Isak’s move from Newcastle United to Liverpool for a Premier League record fee.

The Sweden international has been desperate to join Liverpool for over a month and Newcastle have finally sanctioned a sale for a fee that could reach €150 million after they purchased Stuttgart striker Nick Woltemade over the weekend.

Isak is expected to compete with Hugo Ekitike for a starting berth under Arne Slot, and he has travelled to Liverpool to undergo his medical and sign a six-year contract with the Anfield outfit.

After confirming Isak’s transfer in the early hours of Monday morning, Romano has also announced imminent moves for Dodi Lukebakio (Sevilla to Benfica), Benja Cremaschi (Inter Miami to Parma), Valentin Atangana (Stade Reims to Al-Ahli) and Martial Godo (Fulham to Strasbourg).

In addition, the transfer expert has revealed that Manchester City goalkeeper Ederson will join Fenerbahce, Brighton & Hove Albion midfielder Matt O’Riley will join Marseille and RB Leipzig striker Lois Openda will join Juventus.

Sunderland have also agreed deals for Ajax’s Brian Brobbey and RB Leipzig’s Lutsharel Geertruida, while fellow newly-promoted Premier League club Burnley have landed Benfica midfielder Florentino Luis.

Furthermore, Real Betis have reached a full agreement to sign Manchester United outcast Antony, and Man City have finalised a deal with Paris Saint-Germain for Gianluigi Donnarumma as their replacement for the aforementioned Ederson.

Romano has since confirmed that deals are in place to take Jadon Sancho to Aston Villa on loan, Randal Kolo Muani to Tottenham from PSG and Conrad Harder to RB Leipzig.

Meanwhile, Liverpool have agreed a deal for Marc Guehi and Bayern Munich are set to finally sign Chelsea forward Nicolas Jackson.
