Transfer: Man Utd Close in on Senne Lammens, seek competition for Garnacho

Manchester United are closing in on a deal to sign Royal Antwerp goalkeeper Senne Lammens this summer transfer window.

According to Fabrizio Romano, terms have almost been agreed with Lammens while the clubs continue to work towards a deal.

Man United are keen to sign a new goalkeeper after their first-choice goalkeeper, Andre Onana recently sustained a hamstring injury.

At the same time, Man United are hoping Tottenham Hotspur will jump back into the hunt for their winger Alejandro Garnacho and create a bidding war with Chelsea, according to GIVEMESPORT.

The Red Devils have given Tottenham the green light to make an offer, amid fears Chelsea could drive them into accepting a cut-price deal for the Argentina international.

Spurs may yet take up the opportunity as they look for an alternative to Arsenal-bound Eberechi Eze before the summer transfer window closes.
