Kerojet Boss Unveils New ICT Centre, Empowers 45 Nigerians In Lagos 

The Founder, Kerojet Services Ltd, Mr. Femi Balogun, has empowered over 45 individuals by distributing to them essential business tools in Lagos. 

A statement by the media consultant to the company, said that this was in commemoration of his birthday. 

The statement hinted that this Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), large-scale empowerment initiative was aimed at uplifting vulnerable members of the Ipaja Community. 

Some of the essential tools distributed included hair dryers and tailoring equipment to barbing kits and point-of-sale (POS) machines.

In his comment, Balogun emphasised the importance of giving back, especially during challenging economic times. 

He declared that this would not be a one-time event, assuring that the project would outlive him. 

“Those of us who have been fortunate must uplift those facing hardship, particularly when jobs are scarce,” he added. 

He further pledged full funding for constructing a dedicated facility to revitalise the community’s ICT resources, reviving a vision he first championed as chairman of the National Youth Day Committee for the community. 

Acknowledging the careful selection process, Balogun explained that a committee ensured beneficiaries were chosen based on need, without bias toward religion or ethnicity. 

“Our empowerment transcends all divides. Christians, Muslims, and those of no faith have all benefited equally,” he said. 

Among those empowered, Adetunji Olabisi, who received a POS machine, expressed deep gratitude. 

He said: “This is not just a tool, it’s my ticket to financial independence. Femi Balogun’s generosity has opened doors I thought were closed forever.”
