The Best of Nollywood Awards 2024 was a resounding success, and we owe a debt of gratitude to many individuals and organisations who contributed to its triumph.
We extend our sincere thanks to His Excellency, Mallam AbdulRazaq Abdulrahman, Chairman of the Nigerian Governors Forum, and Governor of Kwara State for graciously hosting this year’s event and ensuring its smooth execution.
We also express our appreciation to Her Excellency, Amb. Olufolake Abdulrahman, the Kwara First Lady, and Hajia Sa’adatu Modibbo Kawu, the Kwara State Commissioner for Education and Human Capital Development, for attending the book reading.
Special thanks must also be given to the governor’s excellent team, led by Mrs. Damilola Yussuf, Commissioner for Business Development and Innovation, for their dedication and meticulous attention to detail. The Nollywood stars, journalists, and other personalities who attended this 16th edition of BON Awards have returned home with a renewed perspective on Kwara State. They have become enthusiastic ambassadors, spreading the word about the state’s business-friendly environment, and that Kwara State is indeed open for business.
