Renowned Nigerian music director and cinematographer, TG Omori, also known as Boy Director, announced that his only brother has donated a kidney to him. Omori shared this news on Tuesday, revealing that the kidney transplant was performed on August 26, 2024, amid his ongoing health challenges.
“Yesterday my only brother gave me one of his kidneys so I could live again,” he wrote.
Also taking to his Instagram story, the music director shared pictures of himself on a hospital bed receiving oxygen.
Captioning the pictures, he wrote: “keep my spirit alive. I don’t wanna die.”
