Governor Caleb Mutfwang of Plateau State has suspended two commissioners, a special adviser, and a liaison officer.
Gyang Bere, the Director of Press and Public Affairs to the Governor, revealed this in a statement released on Tuesday in Jos.
According to the News Agency of Nigeria, the suspended government officials include Chrysanthus Dawam, the Commissioner for Budget and Economic Planning, and Jamila Tukur, the Commissioner for Tourism, Culture, and Hospitality.
Others impacted by the suspension include Dio Lamul, the Special Adviser on Rural Development, and Moses Sule, the Liaison Officer for Mikang Constituency.
Bere stated that the suspension was effective immediately.
