‘I’m behind Verydarkman’s arrest’ – Samklef

Nigerian music producer Samklef has asserted that he played a role in the arrest of the controversial critic Verydarkman, also known as VDM. Reports surfaced on Sunday indicating VDM’s arrest, which comes weeks after his previous release.

He has been in and out of police custody since the start of this year due to conflicts with various Nigerian celebrities.

Responding to Verydarkman’s recent arrest, Samklef posted on his Instagram page: “I am responsible for Verydarkman’s arrest. I have a serious death threat case against him. Verydarkman has been arrested! Now, his supporters should go protest for their hero. I, Samklef, am one of the reasons he has been arrested! Take it seriously! He needs to learn a lesson.”
