In the midst of the AMVCA outfit scandal involving Nana Akua, Nollywood actress Lilian Afegbai has turned to social media to attack designers who insist on being mentioned in posts.
The recent claim made by Nigerian designer Ezinne Olivia that Ghanaian fashionista Nana Akua Addo was not given enough credit for her AMVCA ensemble has elicited differing reactions from celebrities.
In response, Lilian Afegbai attacked stylists, makeup artists, and designers who never stop trying to get tagged, even after getting paid in full for their services.
After paying in full and yet needing to tag them in her postings, she asked what she could possibly benefit. In answer to a query about why she never tags herself, the actress remembers asking one of her designers if she had ever offered her a deal.
It’s meant to be a mutually beneficial partnership, she said, where everyone gets to support one another.
