Burna Boy is chosen by Bob Marley’s granddaughter for their “dream” partnership with the late maestro.

The Grammy-winning Nigerian musician Burna Boy is the only performer Zuri Marley, the granddaughter of the late Jamaican reggae great Bob Marley, who she would have loved to see collaborate with her grandfather.

She revealed this while giving a speech at the recent London film premiere of “Bob Marley: One Love.”

After giving it a lot of thought, she declared that she was certain that Burna Boy was the one artist whose work with her grandfather she would have loved to witness.

Miss Marley said: “The person who I would want my grandpa [Bob Marley] to collaborate with is Burna Boy. I had to think about it. I went backstage and I was like, ‘Burna Boy. Africa Unite.”

“Bob Marley: One Love” is a music biography. The soundtrack EP included Wizkid and Bloody Civilian.
