Nigeria’s President, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, is now meeting with governors from the governing All Progressives Congress (APC) under the auspices of the Progressive Governors Forum.
Hope Uzodinma, the chairman of the PGF and Governor of Imo State, led fourteen of his colleagues into the meeting.
The governors of Kwara, Benue, Kaduna, Ekiti, Cross River, Ogun, Borno, Yobe, Kebbi, Jigawa, Ondo, Kogi, and Sokoto are also in attendance.
Also in attendance is Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu, whose election win was confirmed by the Supreme Court today.
The meeting is being held in the council chambers of the presidential palace.
The agenda for the meeting was unknown at the time of writing this report.
